Order Fulfilment
We strive to process your order promptly, typically within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Please note that Anansi Palace operates its shipping schedule from Monday to Friday during regular office hours, which are from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, excluding public holidays.
During special product launch periods, there may be a slight extension in order processing times as we work diligently to manage the influx of orders. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such times. Rest assured, Anansi Palace will keep you informed via email to confirm your order and provide updates when your order is ready for shipment.
Once your order departs from the Anansi Palace facility, it falls under the responsibility of reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or your local postal service. It's important to note that Anansi Palace cannot be held accountable for any errors or issues arising from the shipping services or for cases involving lost or stolen deliveries.
Should your order contain backordered items as part of a multiple-item purchase, we will dispatch your entire order once all backordered items are available for shipment. You will also receive email notifications to keep you informed about the status of your order in such cases. Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities.
Cancel Order
Due to our express picking system used to process all orders, orders can only be canceled 8 hours after the order is placed. If you still need to cancel the order after 8 hours a $5 restocking fee will be charged on each canceled order. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Express Shipping
With our US Express Shipping option, your eagerly awaited package will arrive at your doorstep within a mere 1-3 business days following its shipment, as long as your order is placed before 2 PM (EST). For orders placed after 2 PM (EST), we kindly ask you to factor in an additional business day for delivery. Please be aware that the delivery timeline for International Express Shipping may vary depending on your specific location.
It's important to note that not all items in our inventory qualify for Express Shipping. In cases where some of your selected items are ineligible for Express Shipping, those items will automatically be shipped to you using our Standard Shipping method.
We want to ensure you receive your Express Shipping order promptly, which is why this service is exclusively available for physical addresses. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer Express Shipping to PO boxes. Additionally, we'd like to inform you that our warehouse operates from Monday through Friday, observing weekends and holidays as non-working days. If you place an order during the weekend, rest assured it will be processed on the subsequent Monday.
