Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging with hangtags still attached, you may return the product for a store credit, an exchange, or a refund within 30 days from receipt.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns related to exchanges, store credit, and refund requests. It is essential to have tracking details for your return to monitor its arrival at our warehouse. Anansi Palace for Kids will not assume responsibility for returns lost during transit with your chosen shipping carriers.
If you're sending an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item otherwise
In case you receive a defective/wrong item, the return costs to our warehouse will be covered by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**Note: If your initial order included free shipping, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, which will be returned to the original form of payment.**
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For refund requests, a 10% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment upon a successful review of your returned items. No handling fee will be charged for exchanges and store credit requests.

We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting.
Terms and Conditions:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. The final sale status is indicated on product listings, during checkout, and in your order confirmation. This typically pertains to heavily discounted items.
- Returns must be shipped and received by us within 30 days of the original receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Ensure all hangtags are still attached, and if applicable, use the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Gift recipients making returns will receive Anansi Palace for Kids store credit for future purchases on our site.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@anansipalaceforkids.com for return instructions.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
